"Financial literacy has become something deeply personal to me. Over the years, I’ve realized that money is rarely just about numbers. It’s about opportunity, security, and the ability to make choices about the life you want to live. Yet so many people are never given the chance to truly learn how money works. We’re expected to navigate mortgages, investments, taxes, retirement planning, and debt without ever being properly taught the fundamentals. That gap is what drives my passion. I believe financial literacy is one of the most powerful forms of empowerment. When people understand how money works, everything begins to change. Decisions become clearer. Anxiety around finances begins to fade. Long-term thinking replaces short-term reactions. My goal is to help people develop the perspective, discipline, and understanding that allows them to take control of their financial future." - Durand L. Blackett
